Debio 0932

Debio 0932 is a small molecule inhibitor of Heat Shock Protein 90 (HSP90). Inhibition of HSP90 results in the degradation of oncoproteins that drive malignant progression, leading to cell death. Debio 0932 has shown efficacy in mice in various tumor xenografts. It is orally bioavailable and exhibits sustained tumor retention. Debio 0932 has entered clinical phase I in April 2010.
